Meet Gemma, The Mindful Sleep Coach
I’m Gemma, a responsive baby and toddler sleep coach based in South West London. I am passionate about educating and supporting families to make positive changes to their little ones’ sleep.
My expertise is working with newborns through to 4 year olds. Providing guidance on sleep challenges from short naps, night wakes, early wakes, routines, self settling, reflux to dropping naps and cot to bed transition.
With my parent led approach I will also give you confidence along the way.
A bit about how I work
Every consultation is unique as each baby and child is different. When I work with you I will ask questions back to pregnancy and birth to present day. I will listen, without judgement to get a full understanding of all aspects that could be impacting your little ones’ sleep with the end goal of providing you with a bespoke plan. I take into account the comfort level of your child as well as their personality and temperament, but never neglecting your own needs.
I will always ensure that you are fully comfortable with the changes I suggest and the route that we go down together.
Sleep and Mental Health come hand in hand and I am passionate about releasing any anxieties you may be feeling around your little ones’ sleep. I will support you and pass on my knowledge enabling you to be confident and informed to make positive sleep changes.

We reached out to Gemma a few weeks ago as we were really struggling with our little boy’s sleep. He wasn’t napping, was waking regularly throughout the night and we saw 5AM starts (if not earlier) every day.

Gemma has given me advice and guidance a couple of times, and both times it been amazing and absolutely spot on. When my little one was going through a horrible illness (at about the 18 months) which massively disrupted her sleep, Gemma was able to rule out so many things and then gave us the confidence to persist with sleep coaching to get her back into a routine. It worked a treat. More recently (now 2 years old) my daughter had started to fall into a habit of waking earlier and earlier in the mornings when she never used to, and with Gemma’s advice we were able to implement a new routine very quickly which immediately stopped the early waking and she’s gone back to sleeping until we wake her up! Amazing!

Early Years Deluxe
£270
Ideal for children aged 4 months to 4 years to help you with the sleep challenges you are facing. The sleep consultation takes place over Zoom and it includes one to one follow up support to work alongside you to implement the changes and improve your child’s sleep.
Home Visit
£385
This package includes a 2 hour in person consultation for children aged 4 months to 4 years to help you with the sleep challenges you are facing. It includes one to one follow up support to work alongside you to implement the changes and improve your child’s sleep.
01 What is your cancellation policy
Cancellations made with more than three days notice are eligible for a full refund. Flexible rescheduling is also available in case of unforeseen changes
02 What is the purpose of an Intro Call?
An Intro call is a free 15 minute video call to get to know each other and your opportunity to tell me more about your baby or child’s sleep issues and I will let you know how I can help. We can talk through my packages, including how I work.
03 Do you do home visits?
Yes I offer a Home Visit package in and around London and can also create a bespoke quote depending on your requirements. The rest of my consultations are over zoom and work with families across the world.
04 Can I book a corporate talk with you for our company?
Yes of course, I love doing corporate talks and looking after employees wellbeing. Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
05 Will sleep coaching involve crying?
Yes there is likely to be some crying as you’re changing the way your little one falls asleep. With my methods you are always responding to your child and reassuring them and never leaving them to cry it out.
