My Story

Hi, I’m Gemma, the founder of The Mindful Sleep Coach. I live in South West London with my husband, two gorgeous boys and my black labrador Ziggy.

The Mindful Sleep Coach was born out of a desire to educate and support families to feel empowered to make positive sleep changes for their little ones. Each family is individual and has different needs which is why I will listen and create a clear bespoke plan depending on how you parent, the personality of your child and what you hope to achieve.

The nap anxiety I felt around my eldest’s sleep was all encompassing, especially as he was born just before lockdown. Sleep and Mental Health come hand in hand and I know how overwhelming sleep can be for families.

I’m passionate about making you feel comfortable and confident to improve your little ones’ sleep.

I have had the pleasure of working with lots of lovely families, you can see some of their feedback here.

I also enjoy collaborating with other professionals in the pregnancy and parenting field. I’m delighted to be on the expert panel of the wonderful Four Mamas retreats and have also recorded a brilliant podcast on toddler sleep.
