Hi, I’m Gemma – Certified Sleep Coach, founder of The Mindful Sleep Coach, and mum of two. I know firsthand how exhausting it is to work a full-time job while running on broken sleep night after night.

I contacted Gemma as we were in a bit of a rut and I didn’t know what to do to improve my son’s sleep routine as he was getting up multiple times in the night and not napping for long enough in the day.
