01 What is your cancellation policy
Cancellations made with more than three days notice are eligible for a full refund. Flexible rescheduling is also available in case of unforeseen changes
02 What is the purpose of an Intro Call?
An Intro call is a free 15 minute video call to get to know each other and your opportunity to tell me more about your baby or child’s sleep issues and I will let you know how I can help. We can talk through my packages, including how I work.
03 Do you do home visits?
Yes I offer a Home Visit package in and around London and can also create a bespoke quote depending on your requirements. The rest of my consultations are over zoom and work with families across the world.
04 Can I book a corporate talk with you for our company?
Yes of course, I love doing corporate talks and looking after employees wellbeing. Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
05 Will sleep coaching involve crying?
Yes there is likely to be some crying as you’re changing the way your little one falls asleep. With my methods you are always responding to your child and reassuring them and never leaving them to cry it out.
