Gemma helped us transition our 7mo to her cot and helped us to teach her to self settle. Before working with Gemma we were in a cycle of rocking our little one to sleep for all sleeps and having multiple night wakes. Since working with Gemma, we have successfully transitioned our little one to her cot, ditched the dummy and taught her to self settle! Our little one now settles herself to sleep in her cot, pram and in the car (unheard of before!). Most nights she sleeps happily from 7pm through to 6/7am with only one wake for feeding. My partner and I had a zoom consultation with Gemma in the hopes to get our daughter to self settle. When my little one was going through a horrible illness (at about the 18 months) which massively disrupted her sleep, Gemma was able to rule out so many things and then gave us the confidence to persist with sleep coaching to get her back into a routine.
